Would have given 5stars but not all the fixings were delivered. But they responded well and they were delivered a few days later.

Absolutely fantastic service and great prices! Called up, spoke to Gary and ordered some Brazilian Slate Sills. Quote was sent out quick sharp as promised and easy pay online service provided. I would definitely recommend using this company, I will be in the future that’s for sure!

overall, just good: good prices, honest delivery information but the customer service was very lacking the driver just abandoned my delivery outside my backyard gate with a guilty face and walked off leaving me with a bad back and my brother with a hernia to lift the heavy delivery inside my backyard we did it barely know thanks to the driver

Customer service has been absolutely superb. I ordered two snow guards plus brackets and tying wire. When they came the two snow guards had an area of about an inch of rusting on each. I contacted roofing supplies and they immediately liaised with their suppliers and sent replacements overnight.

I purchased a Sky Vac for my property maintenance business, and had a few unknown problems processing the payment. However, Matt and Ben sorted it very quickly.

My Marley tiles were delivered with absolutely no dammage today not even 2 weeks after I ordered then,really please with the service , friendly delivery man , Roofing Supplies UK kept me informed with the progress of my delivery via emails, I'll more than happy to give 5 ⭐.

I knew exactly what I wanted to finish my garage roof completely, and Roofing Supplies offered it at a competitive price. Unfortunately, they didn't have what I needed in stock, but offered to "get them in", and carry on with the order. So, I get what I want, but just have to wait a little.

Great service, both on the phone and by email. Very helpful tech and user advice, plus keen on price with quick delivery.

The only down I would add is that they might want to review their delivery partners!

Every single can of product came battered and dented. I don't think this is the fault of Roofing Supplies so happy to give them 5*

We had an excellent service. In the storms a couple of weeks ago we lost one of our dry verge roof tiles. As the roof was 15 years old the tile was discontinued. The customer service team was very helpful, they managed to track down a tile. We can’t thank them enough, it would have meant a new dry verge if we couldn’t have matched the tile. This would have cost a great deal of money. Thank you Roofing Supplies.

Contacted by phone and placed order for metal guttering, downpipes and accessories online, midday. Was told it would take 2 to 3 days for delivery but was actually delivered the following morning by courier, nicely and securely packaged.
The price for the products was very reasonable.
My call was politely answered by James (?) and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Roofing Supplies UK.

Straightforward, quick delivery, 100% correct, no damage and good communication. I chose Roofing Supplies after a bad experience with another online supplier. Yes, they are a bit more expensive but that proved a good investment. Unlike the other supplier, I will use them again.

All good with this purchase excepting that there was no confirmatory email at time of purchase. This caused a bit of consternation about whether the order had gone through or not, particularly as it was the holiday period and the supplier was closed.
But all's well that ends well, so not really a problem.

I ordered loft insulation on a Wednesday (cheapest all round), got confirmation of estimated delivery day (Monday) the next day. Phoned on the day of delivery & they were able to confirm order would be delivered that day. I then received a text to give approximate time of delivery, then another one saying Adrian the driver would be arriving shortly. Would highly recommend this company as it was easy to order, was kept fully informed & Adrian was polite & friendly. It makes a pleasant change for things to go so smoothly! Well done!

The customer service is excellent. Ordered everything I needed for a polycarbonate roof project. There were a few minor issues with my orders (delivery day estimate was wrong, missing a small piece from a pack of glazing bars) but they sorted it immediately. Everything they do is through a supplier.
